- foam christmas trees
- yarn
- Mod Podge
- hot glue
- craft poms
- star sticker
- plastic wrap
Step by Step Directions
Here are all the directions on how to make these simple string trees!
#1: Wrap the foam tree in plastic wrap so the string wrong stick to the cone (then you can use the foam trees for other projects too!)
#2: Dip a piece of string in Mod Podge and then wrap it all over the cone. Cut a bunch of pieces to wrap- not just one long one, it’ll be too hard and messy!
#3: Let it sit overnight and pull the cone out.
#4: You can use hot glue to add on craft poms, small craft lights, pipe cleaners, and then add a foam star sticker on top!
