B. Set-up
Cut strips of colored paper! We used black, red and yellow paper. Create the amount of strips that you need for the number of days that you want to track.
Also, make some ears for Mickey on black paper.
C. Activity
Create a circle by bringing the two ends of the strip of paper together and staple them. Then, loop another strip through the circle you made and do the same. Repeat this process for each of the strips of paper you created to make the chain!
Then, have the kids grab some white paper and have them create the Mickey faces with the hole puncher. Use a glue stick to paste them on a few of the strips!
Once your chain is created, then the adult will use a hot glue gun and attach the Mickey ears to some of the chains. We did every other one, but it’s totally up to you the order you want to create.
Hang up the chain and have the kids use scissors to cut a strip each day before the trip!

Create 5 red semi-circles to be Mickey’s outfit and glue them on the bottom of each sponge print. Lastly, glue two yellow pom poms on the red semi-circles to complete Mickey’s outfit!
